Bedside shelf

This project was similar to the chinese themed shelf I made except it was a smaller version of it. It was a nice one to make as it wasn’t as big as the other one and only took a couple of hours. I also got some screw caps for it so the screws were hidden from view, giving it the finishing touch. Annoyingly, the spine of the shelf was warped slightly so the shelf sort of wobbles when mounted so I could’ve probably designed it better but oh well, it’s only for me.

Now my Mum wants me to make her a shelf for her to put her Lord of the Rings figures on. I have a couple of ideas but it’ll probably be a couple of weeks until it’s done as they need to get the mounting wall plastered and painted first.
